Punk Majesty is seeking a creative, reliable Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to help grow awareness of the Punk Majesty clothing brand, fashion showroom, underground art gallery, events, independent designers, and curated rock ’n’ roll vintage collection.

We are looking for someone who actively creates content, understands Instagram Reels and TikTok, enjoys storytelling through short-form video, and is excited about fashion, music, art, vintage, and underground culture.

Please note: This position requires regular on-site content creation and event coverage. Applicants must currently reside in San Francisco.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Film content inside the Punk Majesty showroom and underground gallery

• Photograph and film exhibitions, events, merchandise, new arrivals, and behind-the-scenes moments

• Create and edit Instagram Reels and TikToks

• Draft engaging social media captions, promotional copy, and content text for approval

• Create and maintain a content calendar

• Schedule and publish approved content through Instagram and Facebook

• Create compelling promotional graphics

• Upload approved events to Eventbrite and local event calendars

• Take initiative. Identify content opportunities independently and regularly contribute ideas for content, storytelling, audience growth, and engagement

• Assist with growing awareness of Punk Majesty through engaging social media content

• Learn and maintain the Punk Majesty brand voice across social media content

SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY

• Must be available the first Thursday of every month from approximately 5:00 PM–9:00 PM for gallery events and content capture

• Available for occasional Saturday events

• Approximately 10–20 hours per month to start

• Able to complete editing, scheduling, and content management tasks remotely between on-site visits

REQUIREMENTS

• Must currently reside in San Francisco

• Active TikTok creator

• Active Instagram user

• Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling short-form content

• Able to identify content opportunities independently and contribute ideas for content, storytelling, and audience growth

• Comfortable producing a high volume of content using efficient workflows and modern content creation tools

• Experience creating compelling short-form video and social media content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, Premiere Rush, or similar platforms

• Comfortable filming and photographing people, products, and events

• Experience scheduling and publishing content for business accounts

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to draft engaging captions and promotional content

• Reliable, organized, self-motivated, and able to follow directions

• Interest in fashion, music, art, vintage, and creative culture

COMPENSATION

• Starting at $22/hour

• Position begins at approximately 10–20 hours per month

• Additional hours must be approved in advance

• This role will be evaluated based on reliability, initiative, quality of content, consistency of content production, and overall contribution to audience growth and brand awareness

SHOWROOM & ECOMMERCE ASSISTANT (SAN FRANCISCO)

Punk Majesty is seeking a reliable, organized Showroom & Ecommerce Assistant to help manage inventory, ecommerce listings, shipping, customer service, and showroom operations for our fashion showroom, Punk Majesty clothing brand, and curated rock 'n' roll vintage collection.

This position is ideal for someone interested in ecommerce, vintage fashion, online selling, and small business operations who is looking for an opportunity to grow with an independent creative business.

Please note: This position requires regular on-site work. Applicants must currently reside in San Francisco.

RESPONSIBILITIES

INVENTORY & ECOMMERCE

• Assist with adding and managing inventory across Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Poshmark, Depop, and other platforms using Vendoo

• Photograph merchandise for ecommerce listings

• Remove image backgrounds and prepare photos for web use

• Create and update product listings

• Write product descriptions, titles, and SEO alt text

• Measure, organize, and prepare inventory for listing

• Maintain accurate inventory records across multiple sales channels

• Learn and maintain inventory systems and procedures

ORDER FULFILLMENT

• Learn and manage shipping procedures

• Pack and ship online orders

• Prepare orders for local pickup when applicable

• Assist with customer service related to online orders

SHOWROOM OPERATIONS

• Work Saturdays in the showroom

• Learn the Punk Majesty brand, inventory, and operations

• Welcome and assist customers

• Operate Square POS and process sales

• Maintain showroom appearance and organization

• Assist with events and special projects

SCHEDULE & WORK ENVIRONMENT

• Must be available to work Saturdays from 1:00 PM–6:00 PM

• Additional hours may be available based on workload and business needs

• When showroom traffic is slow, time will be spent on inventory management, photography, listings, SEO, shipping, and ecommerce operations

• After training, some ecommerce and administrative tasks may be completed remotely

• Opportunity for an additional 2–5 hours per week of remote work depending on workload, performance, and business needs

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must currently reside in San Francisco

• Interested in fashion, vintage, music, art, and creative culture

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Able to focus, follow procedures, and complete tasks thoroughly and accurately

• Comfortable balancing customer service, inventory management, ecommerce tasks, and administrative responsibilities

• Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with customers

• Reliable, trustworthy, and proactive

• Interested in learning ecommerce, online selling, inventory management, and small business operations

• Retail, customer service, ecommerce, inventory management, vintage, reseller, administrative, or shipping experience is a plus

• Experience selling on eBay, Etsy, Poshmark, Depop, Shopify, Whatnot, or other ecommerce platforms is a plus

• Experience with photography, background removal, product listings, SEO, or AI tools is a plus

• Comfortable learning new software and systems

• Interested in growing with an independent creative business over time
